Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Three Putt. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering quality products as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing & Production

Many of our products are made to order and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. However, production times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, holidays, and order volume. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select orders and destinations

Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time and are not guaranteed by Three Putt or the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

To provide the best possible product selection, some items may be produced and shipped from different facilities. As a result, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Three Putt is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, we are happy to help where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
