At Three Putt, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, we have the following return policy in place.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect items received

To request a return or replacement, please email us at AMG_Services@myyahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit

depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If an item qualifies for replacement due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
